A Little About Me...

Erica is a visual storyteller with a background in sports broadcast, sports writing, and broadcast production. She currently holds roles with the National Football League as a production assistant and ABC7 Los Angeles as a News Assistant. Erica previously worked as a writer for XFL.com covering the Los Angeles Wildcats writing game-day stories and recaps of their home games. 

Erica received her Master of Arts in Sports Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She worked as a broadcast sports reporter and photographer at Cronkite News' Los Angeles bureau.  

Throughout graduate school, Erica also served as a beat reporter for AZPreps365, where she covered Bourgade Catholic High School athletics and was a member of ASU’s #StreamTeam, working in a variety of roles including director, graphics, and camera operator.

Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge, where she worked as a production assistant for the CSUN Sports Network. There, she worked on feature videos in roles including producer and director.
